This job requires creativity, attention to detail, adaptation and accuracy. No prior experience is needed, comprehensive and ongoing training will be provided.

 

Allegis - Anywhere in the US. Impeccable grammar, fast typing skills, a Windows PC and speedy internet are all required. You'll also need a transcription foot pedal to perform this work. On Glassdoor, many claim to make as much as $40K / year transcribing for this company.

 

Valnet Freelance - Many remote positions open for sports writing (NBA and NFL), video content creation, and more. These are open to US, UK, and Canada.

 

Varsity Tutors - Remote High School Writing Tutor. US except Alaska, California, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia or Puerto Rico. Tutor on your own time. Rates vary depending on the subject. Rates are also different for 1-on-1 tutoring and small group class instruction. Additionally, the longer you tutor and the more positive reviews you receive, you have an opportunity to earn more per hour. Teaching experience not required.

 

Walgreen's - Remote Call Center Specialist. US except Alabama, Washington, California, Oregon Massachusetts, DC, Alaska, Oregon, Hawaii, New York, Puerto Rico and Chicago, IL. Must be bilingual English/Spanish. Resolves routine, general questions and problems submitted by customers, physician offices, patients and third party vendors via different sources with limited variety following established guidelines and standard SOPs and procedures. Pay for this position starts at a base rate of $15.00 per hour and will increase to $16.00 per hour after 90 days of service.

 

60 Decibels - Remote Research Assistant. US, India, Colombia, Congo, Georgia, and Sierra Leone. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct phone surveys with customers and/or beneficiaries of our client’s products and services and to enter this data into our remote platform. During the data collection stage, Research Assistants should be available to work 6-8 hours a day for 4-5 days a week. Payment for this position is based on hours of work or interviews completed – all tasks will be appropriately compensated.

 

YouGov - Survey Respondents. This is a survey panel that has been around for quite a number of years. They are always needing new panelists to provide their opinions on interesting topics (mostly current events). They do pay and offer a lot of different options for payment including PayPal, bank transfer, Amazon cards, and more. They are open to the US and UK, and you need at least $15 worth of redeemable points in your account to be able to withdraw your earnings.

 

WeLocalize - Ads Quality Rater. US. In this opportunity, you will use a unique, web-based tool to evaluate search engine advertisements based on project guidelines. Minimum 5 hours per week, up to 25 hours per week; set your own schedule (Expect occasional peaks and dips in work). Pay rate not given.

 

Verbit.ai - Legal Transcriptionist. US. Must be able to transcribe at least 120 minutes of audio per day. Requires at least 3+ years experience as a legal transcriptionist. Compensation is $16 p/hour and will align with the candidate’s experience and skill set.
