Happy Autism Acceptance Month! (tomorrow)
(I'm celebrating all year long, but I'm also thrilled to have 30 days to talk with some awesome people outside my office!)

I’m super grateful that you're reading this so you can be the first to know about resources, events, and great things coming up!  Autism Acceptance month is the perfect time to connect with other therapists and businesses who are looking to become more inclusive and affirming of Neurodivergent clients and employees.

I was thrilled to be a Keynote Speaker for the United States Census Bureau’s Office of Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity and Inclusion this month. We had an incredible turnout for the presentation and the followup discussion.

Next up, a brand new presentation on Autism in the Workplace for the National Security Agency in two weeks!

If you would like me to present to your organization this month or any month, please reach out!

In this week's episode of:
kory practices what she preaches: it turns out nature, rest, routine, warm blankets, freezing cold beach air, time with nature, snuggly dogs and seven full days of INTEnse special interests is legitimately an autistic brain's dream.

I'm working on some really big, really exciting professional projects that are HUGEly outside my comfort zone.  i let myself lean all the way into shameless “nerding” this week and it was fantastic. can't wait to share more!

For those of you who love the feel of real books…say hello to my new favorite bookmark.
  1. It clips on the back of the book, and is super soft and flexible.
  2. It holds your page AS YOU TURN, so you never lose your page.
  3. I'm not saying I fall asleep reading.  But if I did, it wouldn't matter, because this is the coolest way to hold your spot while snoring and drooling on your pillow.
  4. It comes in a 3-pack for $6.99.
  5. Maybe a fancy new bookmark would get you excited to slap it on Dr. Neff's “Self Care for Autistic People.”  (Still reading.  Loving it more each day.)

Don't forget to check out the shiny new IG page.  Follow me @neurokoryous!
I'm sharing tips, tricks, high fives, quotes, inspiration, laughs, and phenomenal graphics to make this ND world make sense.
(my mom thinks I am making Autism look cool.)
