Hello all I am 5C's Head of Communications, I help spread the word about 5C, market and attend our community events, teach our Jolie Paint Workshops, work with our curating team to bring new inventory to our store, and create and bring the 5C Collective Newsletter to you each month. Alongside my connections and duties with 5C Custom Creations I am also a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams & Property Manager/Leasing Coordinator for Bronze Star. I wear many hats throughout each week, in order to do all the things that I love. Therefore I am also a member of the Dallas Zoo Volunteer Council, in which I help create the best environment for the Dallas Zoo volunteers. On Tuesdays I get the awesome opportunity to work alongside animals as a Zookeeper Aide in the Animal Outreach Department. One thing about me is I am OBESSED with animal and marine life, hints my multiple aquariums throughout my home. My husband (Daniel) and I live in Richardson, TX and are the Event Coordinators for our neighborhood HOA. We love being in the Dallas Area, but one day we hope to move a little more east and have some land, as well as FARM ANIMALS. (insert tongue emoji). I hope to continue to bring you a great newsletter throughout 2024, thank you for being apart of our 5C journey!

"Dustin was previously working under another master jeweler in Mount Pleasant, TX. For years Dustin Ellis and Gabriel Gaytan (owners) traveled around the country collecting Edison Phonographs, fine antiques, and Jewelry.
Dustin and Gabe bought from collections and formed a network where they are now able to source and purchase all levels of jewelry from all over the country.
Since opening a brick and mortar in Winnsboro, we now have the opportunity to buy and sell at a local level. We also provide consulting services for larger entities on the subjects of Estate Jewelry, Native American Jewelry and art, rare watches, and coins.
We were drawn to Winnsboro, Texas due to the charm of the town and the friendly people. We admire the artistic vibe of the town and believe it to be a very special and unique town in East Texas with great people. We feel that when people make the trip to visit our store they grow to admire Winnsboro's charm.
We genuinely enjoy history and the craftsmanship of precious objects. Many people say it feels as if they have stepped back in time and they are in a museum when they come into our store.
We pride ourselves in being able to provide pieces from 'everyday wear' to museum quality and everything in between. We "make everyday a treasure hunt", which is our slogan."
They buy and sell gold, silver, coins, bullion, vintage mechanical watches, sterling silverware sets and Native American Jewelry. Dustin & Gabriel are happy to look at anything that anyone brings in that they may want to sell
They are going to be open for extended hours for the Eclipse/ Bloom event plus will be running a sale that week.

Rare coins and vintage Tiffany & Co, Cartier, and Rolex.
A great selection of retired James Avery, David Yurman, John Hardy, and other designers.
A large selection of vintage costume jewelry and sterling silver pieces.
They also specialize in Southwest and Native American jewelry
They are often asked what does Estate Jewelry mean?
Well it's Pre-owned jewelry and it can be found at different levels.
They offer museum quality antique pieces on one hand. While on the other hand, they offer affordable used jewelry for much less than new jewelry would cost of a comparable level. Cost depends on the priority of their customers and what they are searching for.
SUSTAINABLE JEWELRY INDUSTRY
Dustin and Gabriel try to find pieces new homes and save them from destruction.
This is part of a green movement industry called the sustainable jewelry industry.
It actually cuts down on pollution from refining old jewelry to make new jewelry if they are able.
Green movement
They buy from all over the country, but their door is always open for individuals to come in and sell gold, silver, sterling silverware sets, coins and jewelry.
They've been on Main Street for a year and are planning to be there for a long time.
They began this business as a result of their travels around the country and building a network. Plus have roots with The American Arts and Crafts Movement from the early 1900s.
FINDING ARTISTIC QUALITY IN EVERYDAY ITEMS
They built their business on the concept of surrounding yourself with beautiful things and doing what you love in life.
Their name comes from The Edison Exchange of Chicago that once distributed Edison Phonographs throughout the Southwest in the early 1900s.
This is because they began by traveling the country and buying collections of Edison Phonographs, records, and memorabilia to found a private museum.
TRAVEL THROUGH TIME
They had over 200 Edison Phonographs at one time. As they felt it symbolizes a bygone era where the world was full of invention and wonder and invokes a sense of nostalgia too.
Dustin Ellis worked under a master jeweler where he gained the knowledge and experience to date and assess antique and fine jewelry.
Part of their services is consulting for high valued Estates with precious objects, auction houses, gold exchanges and estate sale companies.
