We are now officially back to school in our house and fighting the back-to-school germs. Ro didn't manage to evade them completely (and I'm not sure where she was to catch it), but she got a violent cold and has been coughing like crazy. Having four kids I've been around a lot of colds. And usually, I'm pretty chill.
But it was bad enough that we went to the doctor.
She was so swollen and irritated that the doctor gave her a prescription.
It's helped a little bit, but I'll be glad when she's fully healthy and until that point will be sharing the Vitamin C and Zinc with the other kids and keeping my fingers crossed that nobody else (including Mom) gets it.
I am now officially less than two weeks from Readers Taking Denver! Will I see any of you there?
Last year was a blast and I was so excited to get an invite to head back to the signing in my backyard!
