Spring is just starting to bloom in many parts of the northern hemisphere, but if you want to build a trend-forward portfolio, it’s important to be thinking a season or two ahead. That means that it’s time to start thinking about summer designs! ☀️

 

One trend that’s always popular in the summer months is fruit! So we’re going to focus on a few trendy fruit motifs over the next few weeks.

This week your #CreateWithCatCoq challenge is to create a strawberry illustration! Strawberries are a great motif to have in your portfolio. They’re essentially an evergreen trend and can be paired with other designs to create fun summery collections like I did in this collaboration with Swaponz!
