// the mood & vibes this week
— i'm writing this to you from my tiny house in topanga. i've returned after a week at home with family in northern california.
— it's been really good to be back. and it's crazy how much has changed in the canyon, in even just the 10 days i've been gone. the buds on the trees on my property have exploded. the giant, hundred-year-old oak is laden with new light green leaves, pollen in the air. it's been sunny and gorgeous (except for yesterday and today, when we had some rain). a few days ago, after my daily half marathon training, i just sat on my steps, looking up at the sky, sunbathing like a cat!
— at one point in my life, i harbored dreams of moving to the pacific northwest, existing under clouds and rain for much of the year. i've come a 180 from that for sure. i realize that for me, sun is just an essential part of my mental health and like, overall life enjoyment. so, i'm ready for a warm summer in the canyon.
— in terms of real estate…ahhhh!!! i have some exciting news i won't be able to share for a few weeks. much of my time right now is dedicated to said news, which is very vague, but i promise i'll share soon. in more concrete news, we just listed the sexiest treehaus in mount washington for a few bucks under $1M. feel free to reach out to me if you'd like to schedule a showing.
— but yeah! things aren't perfect by any means - life as a highly sensitive person can be great some days, super anxious on others - but i'm sourcing joy where i can. & i hope you're doin' the same. sending love.
