Hello First name! It has been a wild month over here filled with a lot of work trips and spring break with my daughter in Mexico! Amidst all the airports, Lyfts, and audiences of the last month, almost 1000 of you have taken the 7 Energies Assessment, hundreds have taken courses on the Energy Now app, and even more have started hanging out with me on social media. That means it's time for a re-introduction! Here are some fun facts for all the new people here and for my longtime pals who might not know some of these tidbits… - Introvert at Heart, Extrovert on Stage: I've mastered the art of public speaking, energizing audiences worldwide, and then recharging in the quiet of my own space. You’ll most often find me in the peace of nature, at a movie, or on the couch with the dog before you’ll find me on the town.
- Audience Energizer: As a keynote speaker and emcee, I bring light to the darkest corners of work and life with humor and energy. I am one of less than 400 active Certified Speaking Professionals in the world and my sessions are highly-interactive, thought-provoking, actionable, and fun!
- Science Nerd & Energetics Expert: I blend the logical with the holistic, showing that both the measurable and the mystical powers around and within us can elevate our daily lives. Through speaking, books, online content, courses, media, and more, I always strive to give inspiring and practical ideas to drive leadership, sales, and resilience. I have a Masters in Integral Theory (the art and science of multiple perspectives) and several other holistic certifications that guide my content and mindset.
- Coach and Consultant: I offer a couple paths…1.) I coach speakers whether they need a full business growth plan or just want to elevate their delivery, audience engagement, or any small part of their speaking. 2.) I also do energy coaching for those who want to align and turn up their seven energies of Vision, Strategy, Communication, Relationships, Confidence, Creativity, and Motivation. 3.) I also do business consulting for sales and marketing teams who want to use the seven energies to more deeply understand their customers and end users and approach their messaging with innovation and creativity. I spent almost 20 years in corporate retail vendor roles so I understand customers, trends, stores, messaging, and product dynamics.
- Big Dog Lover & Teen Girl Mom: Life with a big furry sidekick and a teenage daughter requires a strong sense of humor…the best tool to navigate the highs and lows of life and the triggers we encounter every day.
- Foodie and Live Music Lover: I love food. I really love food…and trying new restaurants! And if I could watch live music every day my life would be complete. (But I can’t sing or play to save my life so good thing my daughter can! She’s recording her first EP coming out this summer!)
- Proudly Single: Everyone always asks so I’ll just answer…after being widowed and then years of heavy dating, I have been on a loooonnngggg break not finding a good match in MN. I will go down the dating path again after I move in 18 months. Until then…I choose to navigate the universe solo for now, knowing that the most important relationship is the one we have with ourselves.
Whew…I could have kept going once I got on a roll! We all love to share our deepest ambitions, thoughts, and selves when we feel safe and seen!
