Bikram Yoga is the original hot yoga system consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. It is a total body system designed to improve flexibility, strength, and endurance.
Kendra is leading an Orientation Posture Clinic on April 27 from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM at our Riverdale Park location. We welcome all who wish to deepen their understanding of the fundamentals and techniques of Bikram Yoga practice!

MOVE OUT OF MODIFICATION-VILLE
We understand the value of modifications, especially for beginners, those recovering from injuries, or those with physical limitations. However, if you find yourself consistently relying on modifications week after week, it's essential to progress beyond them to unlock your body's full potential on the yoga mat.
As the saying goes, "If you don't use it, you lose it," nowhere is this more evident than in Bikram Yoga. Without engaging your body fully, muscles can weaken, and joints may become restricted, leading to decreased range of motion.
