Every year that I've run this photography business, I've held an annual team meeting. This year, I planned it to coincide with Lisa's return from maternity leave so we could ease her in and catch her up on the last 6 months. This woman-run business is made up of employees who support each other in life and in work. I decided a change of scenery might give our meeting some new and exciting energy. I headed over to Evergreen Home Vacation Rentals website and was drawn to a penthouse space (we actually took the property photos!) so I rented it for 2 days and surprised the team with the location.  Next step was to create an agenda that had equal parts team building, reflection & goal setting.
