The Kids Are Not Alright When I got a new puppy and took her to obedience school, I quickly learned that I, the dog owner, was truly the object of the training. WHO Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus no doubt suffered a temporary setback when the delegates failed to reach an agreement on his beloved Pandemic Treaty and gave themselves another 12 months to negotiate the details and will begin again in earnest in July.
