Though who knows what the weather will be like by the time it hits your inbox—spring can be as unpredictable as running a business. One day it's sunny, the next it's raining, and sometimes you get both in the span of a few hours! Running a business can feel like riding a rollercoaster 🎢, with highs and lows that come at you faster than a squirrel chasing a nut 🥜🌰🐿️. But hey, thank fuck we have each other to celebrate the highs and weather the lows together. |

Speaking of highs, I'm thrilled to announce that Brea Starmer,, the badass CEO of Lions & Tiger, will be joining us as the guest for our upcoming First F*cking Friday Meeting. I first met Brea four years ago when Inclusion Equals was in the running to support her company with DEI consulting. We made the final cut and have been advising them ever since.
