Hi First name / there,
I am excited to share some big news! As of today, Barbara and Jason Mighdoll will be owning and operating MNTSTUDIO. This news may come as a surprise, so here's a little context for you.
I started MNT in 2010 in my San Francisco apartment on a shoestring with one Reformer, teaching clients day and night six days a week. Fast forward to 2024 and I am so proud of what MNT has become and the thriving community and team we have.
As the business has grown, so have I. I've had two kids, I started multiple other businesses, and I've felt pulled in many different directions. I realized after some soul searching that for me to feel that I'm living my life in alignment and with integrity, I need to focus and simplify. I have to walk the walk and live the values and practices I teach, so here we are. :)
Barbara and Jason Mighdoll are people who love the MNT brand and are ready to pick up the baton. They have big plans to take MNT to the next level, and I am so excited to watch from the sidelines as this next era of MNT unfolds. You'll be hearing directly from them very soon, so stay tuned!
I am so grateful for your support during this transition. It's truly bittersweet for me and I find myself tearing up (yet again!) as I'm typing this letter. You'll be seeing more of me as I help with the transition, and hopefully now I will have time to actually take class and teach once in a while!!!
As for what's next for me, I am focusing on my platform Wellcraft, where I share on-demand Pilates classes and meditations, as well as wellness retreats twice a year in beautiful destinations around the world. I also have my growing life coaching business, Elaine Hayes Coaching where I coach women who are ready to rediscover their own magic. And when I'm not doing work that feels aligned with my purpose and values, I'll be with my family soaking up all the precious moments that are so fleeting.
