Aspira - Customer Experience Associate. US. Part-time. Responds to various inbound and outbound calls, digital chat and SMS messaging, fax, customer emails, active tickets, etc., with pleasant telephone and efficient chat etiquette, the ability to effectively communicate information, provide inquiry resolution and respond to customer escalation per established processes. Must have at least a few years of inbound contact center experience.
Verbit - Legal Transcriptionist. US. Full-time. You will be responsible for transcribing different types of legal audio into text. Requires at least 1 year of experience transcribing legal depositions, trials, hearings, etc. Pay is $16 hourly.
TELUS - Rater. US. Freelance. Looking for dynamic and creative people who have strong communication skills and use the Internet daily. The job involves analyzing and providing feedback on text, web pages, images and other types of information for leading search engines, using an online tool. Pay: $12 - $13 USD per hour.
Truepill - Customer Service Associate. US. You will conduct outbound calls to outreach patients recently discharged from the emergency room. This is a full time position with a weekly schedule of Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday. Weekday shift hours are between 11:30a-8p PT, and weekend shift hours are between 6a-2:30p PT. You will be researching informational topics of interest to a school-aged audience and writing sentences, paragraphs, and longer passages for use in online activities. Looking for people with BA/BS degree, preferably in English, creative writing, or a related field and exceptional writing skills.
Aira - Visual Interpreters. US only. This is a company that hires people to do voice chats with the blind and visually impaired. The purpose of this is to help them with everyday tasks. Pay is $15 hourly.
A&P Transcription -Transcribers. Anywhere in the US. Must have at least one year of prior transcription experience. You'll also need 65+ WPM typing ability and typical transcription tools such as a foot pedal and headphones.
