If you know me, you know I looooooove mushrooms! It only became a love story when I grew up as I wasn't keen on them as a child and my boy is the same. These days I make so many dishes with them. This weekend I am sharing my favourite 'shroom recipes. Some today and more tomorrow (there are just so many good ones to share!). |

This creamy tagliatelle is good just with the creamy mushroom sauce, but to make it extra special, add the mushroom ‘bacon’ that I included in the recipe. Such a tasty dish! |

This tasty pate is a real favourite with my readers, I've had so many lovely messages and emails about this one. It's super easy to make and good on oatcakes or crackers. It's also good on sandwiches with salad or slathered onto toast. A must-have recipe! |

Just chuck (well layer) it all in a baking dish and let the oven do all the work. It's q meal on it's own, but you could add some extra veg or salad on the side. |

There's no big pot of boiling water with this pasta dish. The spaghetti is cooked with the sauce and vegetables, all in one-pot. Less work, less washing up and so much flavour. |
