Tracy Segal
Moving my body daily is crucial to my mental and physical health, from ballet and running as a young adult to trying every exercise class under the sun. I’ve been a Certified Barre Instructor for six years and immediately fell in love with Pilates when I discovered the Reformer three years ago. Pilates felt like a natural extension of my love for Barre, especially the focus on core and balance, and how each exercise translates into functional, everyday movement.
I believe that Pilates gives every body the space and encouragement to make their own personal mind-body connection, and I love being a part of that journey. I connected with Mandy through my training with Master Trainer Ahmé Bovée through Balanced Body University, and I am thrilled to be an Apprentice Instructor. I'll be finishing my observation hours in the PIH studio and teaching foundational privates before moving on to teaching classes. Being a part of this incredible community is an amazing opportunity, and I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you!
I am also a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am passionate about working with my clients to improve their overall health and wellness through movement, nutrition, meditation, and relationships. When I’m not at the studio, you can find me out hiking on our many beautiful trails or in my kitchen creating recipes with whatever seasonal produce I can find at the Farmer’s Market. I’m the extremely proud mom of two adult children and love being an empty nester.
