We love hosting teams! We were very blessed to receive Crossroads Church from Jersey Shore, PA. They came down with a servants heart ready to serve in any capacity needed. One of the highlights of the trip was the day that the Lord lead us to Acajutla to rescue men. I thought it would take us 8 hours to rescue 4 or 5 men but in less than 2 hours we had a truck full of over 10 men that were ready to change their lives! It was truly miraculous! 

We were also blessed to host a team from Central Florida who came to serve, bring hope and rescue! Their main focus was to help us finish the kitchen at the NGL orphanage. They worked super hard and by the end of the week the mission was accomplished. We ordered cabinets and appliances that should be ready for install soon. You are never too young or too old to be used by God!

This past week we broke ground on a second home for the Mayor Amor Rehab House. We have continued to see God radically transform men's lives who were addicted to drugs and alcohol. In just 9 months we have rescued 79 men. Most of these men would literally be dead if we hadn't gotten to them. It is crazy to think about all the things that the Lord has done with one two bedroom house. We are so excited to expand the program to two houses. This will facilitate our growth and Impact in the country of El Salvador. 

May 2nd, 2024 was a historic day as Alicia officially proclaimed a Day of Prayer in Orange County Public Schools for the very first time! I believe now more than ever that we must unite in prayer for the next generation.  As we gathered with over 30 churches represented, The atmosphere shifted! God is doing something big and we are standing together as the church to bring unity and healing to a generation desperately in need of hope. 

The last few weeks have been incredible! We have been busy ministering the churches that are sending down mission teams to work with us. Special thanks to Viva Church in Orlando, Lighthouse Church in Port St. Lucie, Church in the Son in Orlando and Rosa De Saron Church in Ft. Myers. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your church services. We feel honored with every opportunity that God gives us to spread His name and stir peoples hearts for missions. We are experiencing such a fresh awakening and witnessing so many people called into missions.

This summer is gearing up to be an incredible time of ministry, rescues, and building God's Kingdom! Here are a few specific things we need prayer for:

 

• Pray for the Health and Safety of our 10 teams and two families that we will be hosting in June and July of this summer. We are believing for God to use each team in a unique way.

•  For Holy Spirit discernment and direction as we minister this summer, rescuing men and women off the streets, bringing hope to the hopeless, and sharing the power of Jesus to everyone we meet!

•  Please pray that God would bring in the workers to help with construction of new homes and to take care of those we are rescuing off the streets.
