Salad dressing really makes a salad. What's a salad without it? Boring I say!
However, I like to make small batch salad dressings so I don't have waste. I've thrown out too many half used supermarket dressings in the past.
Plus if you make a small batch, you can have more than one or just change up your flavours every few salads with a new one.
Of course it's not just for salad, drizzle some on your wrap before folding it, fill a pitta with salad and drizzle that dressing on top.
The creamy dressings also make a good dip for nacho chips, fries, sweet potato chips, crunchy veg sticks and pizza crusts.
