Foundations of Self-Love

This is a hard one - “self-love”. What does it really mean and, more importantly, why does it matter? 
 
Our modern world has connected self-worth with what we do, rather than who we are, making it really hard to connect with the foundations of “self-love.” Instead, we attune to external pressures that continuously tell us that we are “not enough” and that, only by achieving more, will we truly be happy, healthy, or whole. 
 
What little space remains for “self-love" mostly gets sold as fluffy Instagram posts or sultry product ads - leaving us even more empty and confused about “self-love”.
 
In holistic health, self-love as self-care is the foundation of healing. When we learn to block out the noise and listen to the quiet whispers of our own internal wisdom, we begin to find that little flicker of self-love. 
 
Then, the healing can begin. ✨
 
This Summer, we are so excited to dive deep into Cultivating Self Love - a six-week meditation series with Path Wellbeing Practitioner and Women's and Family Health Specialist Chloe Chaput.  
 
In this series, Chloe will explore blocks to self-love and help you to create clarity and contentment by exploring timeless Ayurvedic concepts and meditation exercises to help you realize your full potential. 🩵
