Development Update: Former Stein Mart Location
On May 1, 2024, I hosted a community meeting at TCAT where Crescent Communities  presented its vision and gathered community input on the proposed Specific Plan (SP) for NOVEL Richland Creek - a residential and commercial development at the former Stein Mart site (92 White Bridge Pike). The applicant has filed its new design and proposal on May 15, 2024. I will be hosting another community meeting before it is heard at the Planning Commission in June. If you have additional feedback, please contact me at brenda.gadd@nashville.gov.
