ADVENTURE TRAD CLIMBING: BLOUBERG
The big blue mountain in Limpopo has a reputation for hard and committing climbing. With some of the best rock SA has to offer, join ALLISTER at Blouberg, which is a trad climbing test piece. Many routes of 10 or so pitches wind their way up this storied face. A 4 hour hike that is consistently uphill, a day spent climbing on the best rock in the country and some long distance driving on the N1 await the intrepid adventurer. N.B.: This meet is for experienced climbers. Attendees are expected to be comfortable and competent with multipitch trad climbing techniques and be prepared to hike, climb and navigate a mountain in the dark.
