Happy Monday, let's chat a little bit more today. It's Monday morning & if you're reading this on the way to work, having your morning coffee, I hope this message gets you in a positive way
Understanding the root of self-doubt
The common sources of self-doubt such as comparison to others, fear of failure, or lack of experience. It's important to acknowledge that everyone goes through it and it can hit them at any angle. When you're comparing yourself to others, it's like asking to not move forward with yourself, however, you can also approach it with an enlightenment that, YES. That person over there is shining. They're lighting up the room & that, heck, you know what, you can do that too. You can also give that light to someone else and stand out in the crowd as much as the next person because anyone is capable of doing anything they put their mind too.
Yourself
The power of positive self-talk and mindset
This is something I advocate for and should be used everyday. But for those who don't understand, what does that even mean? It means changing your internal dialogue, and changing your mind in a positive mindset.
Your thoughts are your biggest enemy.
SO, the best example I can share for you today is, learn to give positive affirmations to yourself. Tell yourself, “I'm going to have a wonderful day and work is going to be a blast.”
Don't let your negative thoughts take over your mind, body & soul
Believe
Setting realisitc goals and tracking progress
I absolutely hate the word, “realistic.” So let's rephrase it the way I see what's “realistic.” To me, you as a human on this earth, is not bound to what society tells you to do or who you should become. So being realistic should be interpreted the way you think that can be in your own way.
For example, if see yourself running a business than working a 9 to 5, TRY IT. Take that leap of faith, every human on this earth and even the smartest and most successful people jump the gun.
OR dream about that long travel destination your setting your mind too. TAKE ACTION, by creating a plan, what's your day to day going to look like when you get there? What's the budget? And how are you going to there?
Set these goals into place and let your mind dream. And by taking actioning and tracking your progress, you'll be closer to it than you did in the beginning.
