My editor just finished reading the first 2 chapters of my next novel! She gave me lots of great feedback and insights and I'm excited to officially turn the manuscript in to her this August once it's polished. 

Around that time, we'll be able to unbox the mystery of this brand new series and get you all the details. Yay!

We're already talking about ideas for the title, and I'm eager to share with you. You all have been such a blessing to me. In the meantime, I'm heading to the Write to Publish Conference this month in Chicago. I can't wait to share pictures and more. I hope you have a wonderful June, friends.

This past month, I've been taking extra care of my sourdough starter for the video below. The process required consistency and care, reminding me that each time I add flour and water to the jar of starter, it's much like us and the need we have to be fed. Maybe it's time with friends, peace in nature, or to sit quietly with God, pray and   

read His word. We're all in need of the nourishment that will keep us going and to help us stay strong in spirit and healthy in heart. It has me thinking on what ways I can be even more intentional with making sure that I'm seeking good things, and refreshment in each and every season. Just like that starter, we can be alive and well in HIM.
