YOUR MINDSET MATTERS
Ari Affirmations
I am top tier and deserve nothing but the best.
I am at peace with my past and excited for my future.
I am confident in my abilities and skills.
Happy Tuesday, boo!

This month, I set a personal goal to step my journaling game back up.

Why?

Because when I'm intentional about reflecting on my experiences, emotions, and growth, I'm able to create the most meaningful changes in my life.

My journaling days go way back to junior high (did anyone else have a password journal, too?! #throwback)

Over time, I've learned that journaling isn't just about jotting down three things I'm grateful for (though that's great, too!).

It's a powerful tool for self-discovery and deep reflection.

So in Capricorn fashion, I put together a list of 30 prompts to help me prioritize self-discovery and reflection this month.

I'll be taking 10-15min each day to answer questions across four areas:
  • Personal Growth: Reflecting on my achievements, challenges, and inspirations.

  • Self-Compassion: Practicing kindness towards yourself and learning to embrace my imperfections.

  • Change: Embracing the shifts in my life and discovering the opportunities they bring.

  • Gratitude: Cultivating a sense of thankfulness for life's big & small joys.
And, of course, sharing is caring, so I put together a cute PDF so you can download it and use the 30 prompts for deep reflection this month, too!
