Create your habit inventory.
 
We had an excellent start to the Summer Success Program this week! Log into our 365 space to access the workshop recording and download your customizable Notion template. This template, specifically designed for the summer program, can help you create your vision and plan for your well-being by providing a structured format for your observations and reflections.

The first step is to get clear on your current habits. What habits, behaviors, and routines do you have in place? The goal is to become more intentional with your daily choices. When you bring awareness to how your habits lead to certain outcomes, you can start to fine-tune your baseline.
 
This week is all about establishing your baseline by observing your behaviors. Try not to be too judgemental, but be curious about why you do what you do.
 
Use a notes app on your phone, carry a small notebook with you, or download our customizable Notion template, which already has a beautifully formatted table waiting for you to jot down your habits. Find instructions on downloading and utilizing the template in our 365 community space.
 
Once you have your list of habits, consider which ones are helping you, such as regular exercise, and which might be hindering you, such as excessive screen time. In what areas would you like to improve your habits, for instance, in managing stress or maintaining a balanced diet?
 
We are a product of our daily choices, and by being mindful of how our habits impact our lives, we can unlock our potential for personal growth. It's easy to fall into autopilot and do things like we've always done them. The Summer Success Program will help expand your capacity for optimal daily functioning.
