New moon newsletter
welcoming change
Hey First name / friend,

This New Moon Newsletter is an exciting one for me. I've put a lot of thought into some changes that I'm making and where I prioritize my focus. 
 
One of these changes includes an accompanying audio to dive deeper into messages that I have been receiving from the Spirit realm to share with you all this month. In this audio I share even more about the shifts I have been making, and how I'm putting my own guidance into practice.

We are here on Earth simply to experience it. To radiate our unique frequency of light, and experience a physical world that reflects that. 
 
This bigger picture perspective helps me to come back to presence and inner peace. 
 
It reminds me that there is no set goal to achieve. Our self worth and value is not about figuring out what other people want from us and doing that. It is not determined by whether we have made it or are successful. It can't be measured or qualified by our output. 
 
If you are looking to be called a good person by something externally, you'll always be searching, feeling never enough. Your energy will have an underlying feeling that something is missing. 
 
Even when you receive the thing your heart desires, it won't truly fulfill you. Fulfillment and a sense of wholeness comes from the inside out.
 
The exciting news is there is a very simple shift, within a blink of an eye, to move from feeling strained, drained, and empty, to whole, full, and overflowing with love.
 
Imagine it like a coin. Two sides exist within a single object. We always have access to lack, fear, doubt, strain, or stress. We also always have access to love, gratitude, faith, abundance, flow, and ease.
 
Try this out:
 
Take an inhale breathing into the middle and lower part of your body. 
 
Notice where your body language is closed. Make adjustments to support a full breath and open body. 
 
Bring focus to a natural environment near you. That could even be the air you are breathing, or a place in your imagination. Breathe here until you feel a shift in your body and mind.
 
Repeat to yourself
“I am here, I am here, I am here. In this moment I am here, I am in my body. There is only this moment, I am living in this moment here and now.”
 
This practice can be incorporated in your day when you need assistance to switch focus from panic to calm. Over time the energy shift can happen with a simple deep breath. 
 
If you are someone who wants to experience life through the lens of bliss, it can happen no matter your circumstances, no matter your pain or past trauma. We have the tools and power to change our experience of our reality. 
 
Step by step, choice by choice.
 
Hit pause on the spiral of life and how it is playing out for you. Speak to the inner critic and say, um excuse me, no. Actually this is how I would rather experience my precious life. Thank you. 
 
There's always two ways to turn our focus. We have the self sovereignty to make that choice, change our beliefs, and say no to the things that bring us down.
