It's time to upload a photo for your campus ID card.

Don't wait! The final deadline for uploading a photo for your campus ID card is Friday, June 28. To complete this required task, log into your Blackboard account, head to the Rochester Ready: Fall 2024 organization and look for the Campus ID Photo Submission item in the side navigation menu.

IMPORTANT: If you do not submit a photo, you will need to visit the ID Office on your assigned arrival day and wait in line to have your photo taken and your ID card printed on-site.

A few quick tips on taking or choosing a photo to upload to Blackboard:
  • Your photo must be taken against a white background, and make sure to leave some space around your head, as your photo will be cropped as needed.
  • Please save your photo file as a .jpeg before uploading, and make sure the file is no larger than 2 MB.
  • Did you recently take a passport photo? No need to take another photo! Your passport photo will work great for your campus ID card.
  • Do not alter your photo with any type of photo editing software or application. If you submit an edited photo, your ID card will not be printed ahead of your arrival.
  • Smiles are encouraged!
