Monthly Cleaning Services with CSG Begins |
Great news – our monthly cleaning and maintenance service with Consolidated Services Group (CSG) has begun, and the services on May 20th and June 17th went smoothly throughout the district! CSG crew members are also newly outfitted with our Littleton DDA branding! This will help property owners, businesses owners, and visitors recognize the crew and the DDA's efforts to provide a clean and safe downtown experience. The scheduled services included the following cleaning and maintenance in the Downtown Littleton core area: pressure washing, graffiti removal, pan and broom, excess waste and bio hazard removal. Our core coverage area currently includes Main Street and Alamo Avenue between Bega Park and Rapp Street, including Curtice, Nevada, and Prince Streets between Main and Alamo. Additional attention is given to Rapp Street at Little's Creek Trail and along the trail between Prince and Mary Carter Greenway. Future services are currently scheduled for 6:00am on Monday, July 22 (date is subject to change). |

Connect With Us on Social Media |
Littleton DDA is currently active on 2 social media platforms -- Facebook and Instagram. Both accounts are new and we continue to grow our audience by consistently posting on both of these channels to promote businesses and events within the DDA boundaries. When we know about your events and/or promotions ahead of time, we can better curate our content calendar to help get the word out. A simple way for us to promote what's happening in the district is by reposting your social media posts. Tagging us in your posts makes it easier for us to keep up with what you have going on and promote it through our marketing channels. Like all of our promotional opportunities, social media coverage is a complimentary service. Have something fun happening at your business? Let us know – we'd love to feature you! If you’d like to be featured, please email info@downtownlittleton.org |

Take the Littleton Business Survey |
The City of Littleton would love to hear your perspective on topics such as operating a business in Littleton, problems and challenges facing Littleton businesses, and businesses’ relationships with city government. The city will use this survey to make decisions about business-related policies and priorities such as funding. The business survey will remain open until July 8th and the results will be presented to City Council in September. |

Local Partnership and Stadium District Grant Funding Available |
Each year the Littleton City Council considers requests for discretionary grants, historically from nonprofit organizations that serve Littleton residents, and awards the grants to the organizations during the budget process. For the 2025 award cycle, the city is including distribution of Stadium District Funding as part of the same application process. Stadium District Funding was a one-time payment to the city related to the purchase of the Denver Broncos Football Club to be spent on youth activity programs. To qualify for these funds, applicants must demonstrate how their use of the funds will benefit youth activity programs in the community. Additionally, local partnership funding is no longer considering arts, culture, and tourism applications, as these applications should be directed to the arts and culture grants supported by the lodgers tax approved by voters in 2022. This is a competitive process as council always receives more requests than it has funds available. |
In 2023 the city launched the Visit Littleton campaign, which includes a visitor website separate from the government website. And due to voter approval of a Lodgers Tax with a portion of the proceeds dedicated to tourism, the city has a healthy budget to market this site that includes a paid advertising campaign as well as a partnership with Placer AI – a location analytics company that studies visitor trends, trade areas, and demographics. This marketing campaign will bring more visitors to the city and capitalize on the opportunity for them to visit Littleton stores, restaurants and leisure activities. |
