Today I am giving you a peek into my entire client workflow. I’m so passionate about delivering a VIP experience that exceeds every client's expectations, and I'm not gonna lie... its pretty hands-on and there are a lot of steps but lets dive in ⬇️

My Entire Client Workflow:
✨ Inquiry Stage
- First, my clients fill out an inquiry form on my website, which kicks off the process.
- They then receive an automated response from me with basic information and a timeframe for my follow-up that I set up through 17hats.
💌 Proposal & Initial Email
- Next, I send a personalized email detailing my services, packages, locations, and a pricing layout.
- I wait for their green light to proceed, ensuring they're excited every step of the way.
🗓️ Booking Stage
- We collaborate closely to select the perfect location and date for their session.
- Once they sign their contract and submit their deposit (all done through 17 hats), I send a warm "Welcome to the A Little Story fam" email.
- They are then added to a returning client email list that will give them VIP access to all my openings in the future.
Ok... these next steps are important.
📝 Pre-Session Prep
- Clients fill out a detailed questionnaire that helps me tailor the session to their unique preferences and style.
- I provide personalized advice on outfits and share mood boards to align our creative visions.
🌦️ One Day Before
- I send a thoughtful text with a weather update and any last-minute details to ensure there are no lingering questions and everything goes smoothly on the day.
📅 Day of Session
- A personal touch: I send a voice note with final session details, adding EXCITEMENT!
- Clients receive my ETA so they know exactly when to expect me and where I will be parking.
& sometimes I even show up with coffee for my clients (and myself lol).
🎉 Post-Session
- Within 2-3 weeks, clients receive sneak peeks or the full gallery of our memorable session together, creating anticipation and delight.
- One month after the session I have an automated email that reminds clients to leave a review.
- Since they are added to my client email list, they will then receive a fun monthly newsletter to my clients to keep me at the top of their minds and to continue to add value and build that connection. I share parenting tips, deals on prints, upcoming session openings and key dates.
