When a client came to us suffering from a host of imbalances driven by a very busy travel schedule - with no option to just walk away - we helped her find a better way to keep the ground under her feet. 
 
Ayurvedic practices teach us that, no matter the circumstances, we have the ability to find our ground - to soothe and calm the nervous system, normalize digestive patterns and create connection to Self. 
 
This week, we share the story of how this client's journey with us helped her to overcome a host of imbalances and to adopt grounding habits that would follow her wherever she travelled.
