Happy October! If you know me, you know that Halloween is a big deal in our house. Fall is absolutely my favorite season—the cooler air, the cozy sweaters, and the explosion of gorgeous leaves. And let’s not forget the costumes! This year, we’re leaning towards a Sesame Street theme. My little ones as Elmo and Cookie Monster? I mean, it’s almost too cute, right?
 
Lately, I’ve also been having a ton of chats with friends, family, and patients about nutrition, which inspired our newest blog post on fad diets. We’ve spent the past few months breaking down different aspects of nutrition on the blog, and this one ties it all together. In Navigating the Nutritional Maze, we explore the pros and cons of popular diets, debunk some common myths, and I share my own thoughts on what really works for sustainable health. I know there’s so much information (and misinformation) out there, and my goal is to help you make confident, informed decisions.
 
On another note, we’re staying local this month, soaking in all the fall fun. If you have any recommendations for the best pumpkin patches or haunted hayrides in the western suburbs, I’d love to hear them. We’re always looking for new places to check out with the kids!
