Fall Program Preview
Hi First name / there

With the Summer Solstice behind us and the days now getting shorter rather than longer, it's time to start planning for everyone's favorite Ayurvedic season - Fall! 🍁

As community members, you probably know that the flow of seasons can guide the flow of energy in our lives. In Fall - or Vata Season - we work to shed old energy so we can cultivate new growth in Spring.

In this way, we are Living in Rhythm - Path Wellbeing's signature online holistic healing and wellbeing community aligned to the seasons.

Living in Rhythm is specifically designed for those looking to find more flow in life and to transform their health and wellbeing through Ayurvedic and holistic health practices and wisdom. All sessions are offered online (live & on-demand) and you get direct access to our Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioners and Health Coaches throughout.

The best part?  The community. πŸ«±πŸΌβ€πŸ«²πŸΎ

Curious what others have to say about Living in Rhythm?  Check out some of our Spring Cohort feedback below and sign up for our Fall/Winter 2024 Cohort Waitlist to get exclusive access to cohort discounts when we open the doors later this Summer.

Oh, and if you can't wait for Fall to start finding your flow with us, our Summer Meditation Series, Cultivating Self-Love, begins this Tuesday! 🫢🏻

We look forward to seeing you down the Path! πŸ’«

Community Feedback
The experience has been powerful and valuable.

I love all the content!

The program has been excellent! You all have every minute planned for during the teaching calls and it really is packed with valuable content.

I appreciate you for creating this high quality, comprehensive, interesting, supportive forum.

I really enjoy your styles of teaching. So grateful!

An intimate community experience with great mentors supporting your learning and growing in more than just health and wellness, but also getting to know the various dimensions of yourself better. I also enjoyed listening to others in the cohort describe their own practices and things that were working for them or things they needed to let go.

One word: AMAZING!
