We are thankful to the Lord for the work of our elders at Trinity. Shepherding this congregation is an important responsibility and it is our policy for elders to take a year-long sabbatical from this work every seventh year. One of our elders, Brian Lucas, is returning to active service from his sabbatical year this Monday, July 1 and we are glad to receive him back in this role.
Two of our current elders, Marty Paulaitis & Barry Pollara will begin a year-long sabbatical from the session at the same time, July 1. In the year ahead, Marty & Barry will not serve as active elders, nor be involved in decision-making, but they will continue as active members of our church. We are grateful for both of these men and their many years of combined service to Trinity. We hope that the year ahead will be a time of deepening faith and delight in Jesus Christ for both men and their wives as they rest from their responsibilities to the church. Please contact any member of Trinity's session if you have any follow-up questions.
Sincerely in Christ, Ben Lyon Executive Pastor
