The Summer Success Program is here to empower you on your personal journey of wellness. It's about discovering what being well means to you and building your foundation of well-being – one KEY HABIT at a time. 
 
We began with self-reflection in Week One, taking stock of your current habits. We used a Habit Inventory to establish your baseline, pinpointing habits that are helping you and habits that might be hindering you. The goal is to get clear on what I like to call our 'non-negotiable' habits we do because we know they help us function at our best! 
 
This first step is also an opportunity to determine habits you'd like to “start doing” and “stop doing.”
 
In Week Two, we delved into the exciting process of self-discovery, clarifying your values and vision of well-being. There are so many ways to represent what it means to flourish and thrive. I hope you had a blast exploring all the different aspects of well-being and what each one means to you. Our Notion template offers a customizable 'vision board' you can make your own - check it out here if you haven't yet!
 
Week Three focused on the power of our thoughts and the importance of choosing good ones. 'Mindfulness practice' is a vital tool in this process, teaching us how to observe and work with our thoughts. Remember, when you notice negative thoughts creeping in, use your 'Thought Ladder' to shift your focus back to empowering ones.
 
It's time to take action in Week Four and develop your plan to build your first KEY HABIT. What's it going to be? What do you want to focus on first? We have an awesome list of options in the Notion template. Summer is a great time to build out your foundation of key habits so you're ready to begin the fall semester strong. The truth is: the process of building healthy habits is never-ending.
