It’s busy, but slow.
I had 3 contracts signed in the last two weeks.
1 Closing.
2 Lease Signings.
2 New Exclusives.
But…we lost 3 separate Best and Finals.
It’s active. It’s competitive. It’s weird.
NY is a market of Neighborhoods and Buildings.
One unit in a particular building will sit for months.
Another will have a bidding war.
We are starved of good inventory.
There is an imbalance of supply and demand.
WFH is here to stay.
Consumer spending up 1.5% QoQ
Labor is strong.
CPI behaving.
Core PCE lowered to Fed estimate of 2.6%.
The market is not good.
The market is not bad.
