Hi friends,

I can feel it. It’s that FINISH energy. You know the one. You usually have it before going on a long trip.

I am wrapping things up before my maternity leave.

The past three days were full of achievements. On Thursday, I conducted a habits workshop for Capital Bank Employees in collaboration with Kun company. It was a fantastic opportunity to share knowledge and foster growth.

On Friday morning, I gave a 1-1 coaching session for a dear client, helping her clarify her most important goals for the upcoming period.

On Saturday, I hosted the fifth session of the year with my All Year Goals community members. It was not the usual group coaching format; it was an in-depth time management training session that was my parting gift to those fabulous women before the two-month summer break.

I also recorded the final podcast episode of the season, the 20th weekly episode of the year. This milestone marks the first time I’ve achieved such consistency, and it will be episode #77. It’s a special one where I get to be the guest and share my heart with you! Stay tuned tomorrow.

I took my daughter with me in the afternoon for a baby shopping spree; yes, I’m that late in preps. She was so amazing and helped me carry bags like a champ! Then we got her a fresh haircut, making it a fun and bonding experience for both of us before the baby’s arrival in very few weeks.

This week, we will welcome my sister and sister-in-law from abroad. Their presence will make this summer extra special for our family.

I am looking forward to finishing my baby’s to-do list, including picking his name (ahem), decluttering the rest of my son’s room, and completing some small home projects over the next ten days. Then, the only thing that will remain is waiting for the baby!

I really wanted to say something clever today to make your week a little brighter, but here I am, sharing these anecdotes with you, hoping they bring a smile to your face and a spark of inspiration to your week.

Here is your weekly dose of The Sunday Spark ⚡️ a newsletter listing 3 sparks that I thought were worth starting your week with:

1. 🎁 We are starting a new month tomorrow, so your monthly present is here! Download your July Habit Tracker customized to your workweek (Your week starts on: Sunday, Monday) and a productivity-focused monthly calendar designed to help you plan your month.

2. 🥳 It's my birthday week, and I'm feeling extra generous! For the first time ever, I'm sharing a special treat with you: the Monthly Review template that my exclusive All Year Goals members receive. Download it here and take some time this week to complete your sixth (or first!) monthly review of the year and plan the rest of the month. Your December 2024 self will thank you!

3. 💬 Your quote of the week: A core belief of mine:

“Time is our most precious, non-renewable resource. If we are not using it wisely to make our best contribution, we may be doing a disservice to our inherent potential. Choose wisely.”

( Readwise helped me find this quote. It is my favorite app to recall favorite passages in books and articles I read and now they have a new product, Reader, which will make you forget about all the other read-it-later apps)

This is Sunday Spark issue #187
