Download your August calendar and start recording your moods and energies, tracking your menstrual cycle (if you still have one), and any days you have sexual intercourse beginning August 1st. You will use the New Moon (August 4th) to set/choose intentions and the Full Moon (August 19th) to reflect. Build a practice of daily, constantly, and habitually checking in with yourself, your moods, energies, feelings, desires, patterns, and progress.
