Hi First name / Friend,

We hope you had a fun and safe 4th of July, celebrating the birth of American independence.  We included a fun little quiz, from our friends at PragerU, to test your knowledge on the history of Independence Day.  You can find the answer key at the very bottom of the newsletter.

We just recently announced the speaker lineup for Texas Leadership Summit 2024 that will be Saturday October 5th at The Barnhill Center in Brenham, TX, with a Night of Worship kicking off the Summit on Friday October 4th.  Tickets are on sale to the public now.  You can find the ticket link below.

Calling all Pastoral leaders in the greater Houston area!  Founder of Texas Leadership Summit, Pastor Tim Webb will be speaking at a Turning Point USA Faith, Pastor roundtable event in Tomball, TX on Tuesday July 16th.   The dialogue will be focused on the urgent issue in Texas: Protecting our Children. With the next generation under attack, we need men and women of God, to stand in the gap.  Please share this event with your Pastor.  More information and registration link for Pastors to RSVP to the event, is included below.

We have two new TLS Podcasts that were recently released.  Tune in to Pastor Tim & Texas Senator Lois W. Kolkhorst, as they discuss the profound impact of faith-based leadership in government.  We were thrilled to have Senator Kolkhorst join us to provide some real insight from her daily walk with The Lord and how her faith guides her as a Texas Senator, and other Government Leaders she works with.  Secondly, Pastor Tim shares his insights on how everyday leaders can be equipped with the courage and hope necessary to initiate a revival of Christian leadership. You'll find more information on both of our new episodes, with links to listen a little further down.

With the Presidential election coming up this November, it seems all of America and beyond, is buzzing with drastic opinions on who can best lead our country.  We want to encourage you to be in daily prayer that those elected are faith-based godly leaders, be it on the local level and all the way to the Presidency.

May you all lead well and continue to have a wonderful summer!

All of us at Texas Leadership Summit want you to know that as a Christ follower, you can be a faith-based leader that impacts change in church, business, education, and government, despite culture trying to pollute our thinking trying to make us feel otherwise.
It's clear that many people are feeling a profound sense of conflict over issues related to family, faith, and culture in our country today. The perception that traditional values are under threat, is leading to a significant and growing movement of individuals who are determined to defend their beliefs and rights.

Join us for Texas Leadership Summit 2024, to learn how you can do your part and join in on this movement.
  1. Stay Informed: Hear about your rights and current events. Knowing the facts is the first step in standing up for what you believe in.
  2. Get Involved Locally: Learn why it’s important and how to engage with your community by attending school board meetings, town halls, and other local events. Your voice is powerful & is needed in these forums.
  3. Support Like-Minded Leaders: Learn how to properly identify and support candidates and leaders who represent your values. Be an informed voter, volunteer for campaigns, or even find out how to run for office yourself.
  4. Build a Network: Connect with other parents, employees, business owners, and community members who share your concerns. There is strength in numbers, and joining forces with others can lead to significant impact. Once you step out in faith, you will see you are not alone.
  5. Advocate for Education: Learn the best way to work with & support teachers and school administrators, to ensure that educational content aligns with your values. This can involve advocating for curriculum changes or supporting alternative educational options.
  6. Defend Your Rights: Know your legal rights and know how to be prepared to defend them. Hear from legal experts and learn about organizations that provide support and resources.
  7. Be a Role Model: Our goal is that after attending Texas Leadership Summit 2024, you feel encouraged to lead by example in your everyday life and that you are able to show others the positive impact of living according to biblical values.
TLS is here to help you with all these steps.  Come join a growing movement of individuals who are working to, Stand for Faith to Build for the Future. Together, we can make a significant difference within our communities and beyond.  From Biblical thinking, comes Biblical responses.  Leave with tools and action items, as to how you can get involved, best be used for the kingdom and make an impact within your communities, churches & homes.
