DID YOU KNOW
July is BIPOC Mental Health Awareness Month
Formerly known as Bebe Moore Campbell Minority Mental Health Month, July is Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) Mental Health Awareness Month. Join us in honoring the memory of Bebe Moore Campbell, an American author, journalist, teacher, and mental health advocate who worked to shed light on the mental health needs of the Black community and other underrepresented communities.
July is designated as a month to explore the unique strengths and challenges that BIPOC individuals face related to mental health and to amplify culturally competent support resources. This month my newsletter will help you to build a mental health self-care toolkit. Check your inbox weekly for simple but nourishing practices that support your mental wellness.
Forward this email to three friends or family members and ask them to sign up to receive their own copy of my newsletter.
