Exercise #1 Soul Essence Reflections
Consider when you discovered you had an intuition about someone or a situation and it came true. Did you write about it in a journal? Or could you tell someone you trust? Achieving clarity rather than hoarding fear is like clearing a foggy window to reveal the landscape beyond. Knowing that your intuition is best used in an alert and peaceful state of mind, use this exercise:
Choose someone you are afraid of or uncomfortable with. Close your eyes and take three slow deep breaths, imagining you are standing opposite that person.
Use your imagination and see a wise soul standing with you who will help you. During the conversation, only respond after you ask yourself, “What do I truly feel?” If the answer is “afraid,” take a slow, deep breath. Ask the wise soul, “What do I do?” Wait for the answer.
When fear is put aside, it is easier to navigate the complexities of your emotions and relationships, much like how a clear window allows you to appreciate the beauty or dangers of the outside world without distortion.
