On July 8th IRCC issued 3,200 Invitations To Apply with a 420 cut-off score (CRS minimum) in a draw targeting French language proficiency candidates in an unexpected draw. This was the 4th draw in July 2024, and IRCC has now invited 53,124 Express Entry candidates in 2024. 

New category-based priority job Express Entry criteria launched in May 2023 allow Canada to extend ITAs to apply to prospective permanent residents who have specified skills, training, or language ability, including STEM occupations
