This spring and summer saw a wave of boutique winery sales across Paso Robles, including the acquisition of 870 Arbor for a new project led by a talented young winemaker. Stay tuned for exciting updates on this new label.
 
Among the standout transactions:
  1. 2570 Anderson Rd., Paso Robles, sold off-market to Constellation Brands for the "My Favorite Neighbor" label, followed by the Bowkers of Caliza acquiring the winery formerly known as Stacked Stone Winery, 1525  Peachy Canyon Road.
  2. 1525 Peachy Canyon Rd. (formerly Stacked Stone), with 10 acres and 4.5 acres of Zinfandel vines, sold for $3.8M, per tax records.
  3. 5302 El Pomar Dr. (Sarzotti Winery) sold for $2.2M to Philip Krumal of Asuncion Ridge Vineyards after almost a year on the market.
  4. 1380 Live Oak Rd. (Windward Vineyard) with 16.5 acres of vineyards sold, per tax records, to Project W LLC for $3.5M.
