Scheduling it: I live by my calendar and have realized that rest is most effective for me when it's planned and proactive. I used to think I had to earn rest, but I've learned I don't need to be deprived and depleted to deserve it. As a home organizer, I love creating space in physical rooms, and now I'm learning to do the same with my calendar.
