What are your non-negotiables?

The Summer Success Program is all about you and your non-negotiables. These are the activities you engage in regularly because they contribute to your well-being. It could be as simple as staying hydrated or taking a leisurely walk.

The power to determine what's crucial to you is in your hands!

The key, however, is figuring out what's important to you. Too often, we allow ourselves to operate on auto-pilot, resorting to old behaviors that keep us stuck in negative patterns. If you would like your fall semester to be different from past semesters of stress and feeling overwhelmed, now is the time to clarify your non-negotiables.

Once you've identified the key habits that form your foundation, you can start putting them into practice. Track your progress until they become second nature, and you'll be well-prepared for the fall semester.

Just imagine smooth sailing ahead!

Example “non-negotiables” you might consider:
  • Filling up your water bottle when you wake up each morning
  • Eating a healthy breakfast
  • Putting your phone in another room while you are studying
  • Journaling for ten minutes
  • Planning your week!
The beauty is that you get to decide. It's up to YOU to build a rock-solid foundation that will enable you to do amazing things in school and in life. It's a daily practice that starts with a commitment to yourself.
