The Most Pleasurable & Effective Way to Identify the Boundaries that Support You to Thrive 🌟💓💦
Â
You can identify the correct distance or placement for anything in your life based on where your body becomes the most receptive & responsive to subtle information.
Â
This will usually mean you open to feeling more pleasure & become more orgasmic.
Â
This distinction happens because when something is NOT at the right distance or placement in your bio-field,
Â
Your body braces, dissociates, numbs, tightens, freezes, or floods - which are all reactions that make orgasmic states & subtle sensing less accessible.
Â
One of the reasons women can experience difficulty or disinterest in feeling pleasure is because we become “full.”
Â
This “fullness” is a saturation of information in the nervous system due to not properly setting boundaries with people & perceived priorities.
Â
Which is why when women get enough space from all the stimulation in their lives, their pleasure-sensing & orgasmicness naturally comes back online.
Â
However, many women struggle to “empty out” enough to return to their naturally sensitive & responsive state for much of their life,
Â
Because they are unable to address the patterns which inhibit them from setting the boundaries that support their system to thrive.
Â
Thus, they end up overstimulated & numbed without even realizing it.
Â
Unaware & disconnected from the amount of pleasure they could be experiencing in their daily life just from identifying the boundaries that are right for them.
Â
You can experiment right now with which boundaries support pleasure & the greatest responsiveness in your body:
Â
Choose an object in the room to represent someone or something in your life.
Â
Now experiment with moving that object closer & further away from you, until you find the distance that allows the greatest sensitivity & ease to enter your body.
Â
You might even experiment with visualizing moving something all the way to outer space, to create temporary contrast and perhaps relief where it is needed.
Â
As you move this object (physically, or just in your mind's eye - although I do recommend experimenting with an actual object), what do you notice?
Â
At what distance does your body soften, become receptive to more subtle information, and even experience hints of pleasure?
Â
Â
If you want to effortlessly cultivate pleasure & ease in your life, start with refining your boundaries.
Â
Once again, it’s one of those things where choosing ease is not necessarily “easy.”
Â
It takes ongoing study of the subtle signals your body gives you,
Â
To become aware of which structures & boundaries support you to feel more pleasure & sense more meaningful information.

Rediscovering Rest™
I partnered with my close friend Silas (who refers to himself as a “fatigue survivor,” among many other things) to compile his wisdom into a course that is better than anything else I’ve experienced for reaching states of deep rest that support immense clarity, creativity, & of course - pleasure!
Â
In fact, Silas is so good at guiding people (and especially women) into deep states of rest, that he is known for talking women off into orgasm!
Â
Part of what happens when you experience the restful states that Silas guides you into, is you get to experience the space & contrast of setting things down in your life, such that new boundaries & subtler sensing comes online.
Â
You can read the original email I wrote revealing my journey of rapid recovery from burnout with Silas’s help here.
A recent testimonial from RR:Â
Â
“The course with Silas… I am flooded with gratitude into every cell of my body! It's exactly what I have been looking for! I feel a very particular energy that comes from your work with him through the course. You have something very special going on there in Austin…”
