Hi First name / friend,

I have a Love/Hate relationship with Google Photos!

The things I LOVE are the search-ability and the sharing! The facial recognition is unmatched by anyone. The partner sharing is a one-time set up and you can easily share all your memories with one person you choose.

The things I HATE is that the search-ablity only works with Google Photos! (as it doesn't attach the names or things as keywords when you download them) Most importantly, many people do not know that if you delete a photos out of Google Photos on your phone, it also deletes off your phone and it works the same on Android and iPhone.

Do you use Google Photos?
Hit reply and let me know!

When I last wrote about Google Photos, Maury McCoy let me know that he loves Google Photo and I like the way he uses it!

"I love Google Photos.  That said, I keep a full resolution copy of all my phone photos on a HD on my PC and backed up to the cloud as well.

That said, if I'm trying to find a photo, Google can't be beat.  I can type show me a picture of Elizabeth in front of a bridge and it will find it.  I can ask it to show me pictures of caves, etc.  It's getting better all the time and automatically tags pics as I upload them.

If I need a full res version of a photo, I use Google Photos to find the image, then search for that same filename on my PC to find the original.  (Google sometimes compresses things.)"

Eat - Wilde Protein Chips* - I picked up a bag of the Buffalo chips at Costco last week and they are super yummy and I get 10g of protein with 20 chips.
Watch - Sport Documentaries - It started with Federer - Twelve Final Days which I was interested in after hearing a few clips from his commencement address at Dartmounth this spring. He keeps like such a class act. The other two I watched are won't fit into the “class act” category but where both really interesting. The 30 for 30 Lance Armstrong and Oscar Pistorius on Netflix.
Carry - Sling Bag* - I've had a sling bag years ago that I bought for travel and hikes and I was looking for something not so sporty. Found this a few weeks ago and find it spacious and a good price.
