Now, it's time to bring those 10 pieces together to paint a picture of how it feels to be living a life aligned with what you’ve visualized. And let’s be descriptive in our feelings, shall we? Remember The Feelings Wheel from last week? It includes layers of emotions, so while we all want to be “happy,” the words “valued,” “powerful,” and “creative” might be more in line. |

Week 11: DREAM BIG & WRITE YOUR STORY |

- Grab your notes from the last 10 weeks, so you can get specific about each of the 10 pillars (existential, intellectual, environmental, relational, physical, mental, financial, occupational, recreational, the vibe).
- Imagine writing in your personal journal—no one will see this but you, so don’t worry about grammar or spelling.
Journal AS IF you’re now living your best life, with every pillar matching your ideal state. (Note: Don’t journal about what you want to stop, or what drains you; you want to focus on the ideal state.) Write in a format that details the WHAT, and how you FEEL about it. This can be a day on vacation or everyday life—whatever feels inspiring to you. For example, “It’s day 1 of my European summer vacation, and I woke up in a comfortable, four-poster bed in Paris. The crisp, white sheets are cool against my skin, and I can see the Eiffel Tower through my window. I feel a lightness in my chest when thinking about the freedom I have today to do anything I want. I have a few loose plans, like grabbing a croissant with my best friend in an hour, but I get to live my dream of being a curious explorer today—walking on any cobblestone street that looks interesting, stopping in any boutique that catches my eyes, choosing any treat that looks tasty to try. I’m feeling inspired, grateful, playful, and proud that I’ve created the space to enjoy this day. Tomorrow I’m going to a cooking class, and…” Important: Once you identify how it feels to be living this amazing life, take a pause to really feel those emotions and feelings in your body right now. |

Other ideas: Achieving a Major Career Milestone Picture yourself standing on a stage, accepting an award for your outstanding achievements in your field. The crowd erupts in applause as you humbly acknowledge the recognition. You reflect on your hard work and dedication, feeling a deep sense of pride and accomplishment. Feelings: Proud, accomplished, successful, confident, grateful, fulfilled Connecting Deeply with Loved Ones Visualize yourself surrounded by loved ones, laughing and sharing stories around a cozy campfire. The air is filled with warmth and laughter as you feel a deep sense of connection and belonging. You cherish these moments of love and intimacy, knowing this is what you value in life. Feelings: Loved, connected, supported, joyful, cherished, content |
