Embarking on my personal journey in 1975, I found myself navigating a unique path that intertwined holistic health education and psychic abilities. As I ventured deeper into these realms, my personal and professional lives became entwined, leading to a continuous journey of self-discovery and growth.
Being blessed with a great nursing school teacher, Mrs. Norman taught me to put all my troubles aside when I do my work. Years later, somebody I knew asked me to help race horses and rescue horses. I realized that the troubles they encountered were not unique to them. They, like us, needed more love and self-care. They were much more manageable and happier when I could point out what could be improved emotionally and physically. They are not so different from us, the trees outside, the birds in the air, or the chipmunk who comes looking for companionship and food.
What we store in our minds is akin to what we put in our closets, refrigerators, and everything else we put in. They are all important.
