During an interior design consultation, I will give you professional advice on the colors, layout, furniture and decoration of your home. To make sure we make the most of our time together, here are five tips to help you prepare for our meeting .

Make a pinterest moodboard
Everyone has a unique taste and style. Before the interior design consultation takes place, it is important to know what your own style is .
Tip: create a Pinterest mood board to visualize the colors, patterns, materials and textures that appeal to you. This will help me create the ideal home that meets your interior design needs. You can just email the mood board link to me!

3. Determine your functional needs
Zijn er specifieke dingen waarvan je denkt dat de ruimte(s) absoluut moeten hebben? Denk aan functionele behoeften zoals opbergruimte, werkruimtes, rekening houden met huisdieren, enzovoort.
Het is goed om dit al even op te schrijven zodat we dit kunnen bespreken tijdens het interieuradviesgesprek.
4. Take pictures of
your current interior
& measure spaces
To give you a good interior advice, it is also important to know the current state of your home.
Take photos of your current interior and bring them to the interior design consultation. Also, don't forget to measure the dimensions of the room(s ). If you have floor plans of the rooms, that's amazing.
5. Write down any questions you have
As an interior designer, I am ready to make your dream home a reality, so don't hesitate to write down questions. Open communication is crucial for a successful and inspiring collaboration!
