Summertime usually comes with changes to our routine. Sometimes those changes can be a great and a total dopamine boost. A lot of the time the change in routine causes anxiety and stress. Let's be realistic, vacations and extra family time are a both a blessing and a curse. So it is safe to say, it is a mixture between a dopamine high and a boat load of stress and anxiety.
I want to take this time and remind everyone about my go to ADHD resources. Resources give us FREEDOM and CONTROL by helping answer questions or provide needed support. This helps lower anxiety and stress, plus it will allow you to enjoy your time, even if it's when our routine is out of whack.
