Hi First name / friend

I hope this finds you happy, even amidst our times. It seems this fall is going to be a wild ride!

A beloved teacher once said, “The difficult times are the most important times to keep practicing.”

With that in mind, we wanted to create a space of practice, embodied transformation, and community from October 2024 to January 2025. A place to care, grow, rage, grieve, give and get support, and to be in powerful practice aligned with our visions.

While we are impacted and so often traumatized by the polarizing conditions of ongoing genocide, climate crisis, rising authoritarianism and an epidemic of loneliness, we also have capacity to change, grow, and heal on purpose.

Transformative change enables us to respond instead of react, and supports our ability to organize, to innovate, and to creatively meet our times and our moment—individually and collectively. How do you want to meet our moment?

The Politics of Trauma 2.0: Embodied Transformation in Times of Polarization, Grief and Overwhelm will include inspiring and clarifying interviews with movement leaders and visionaries to help us understand our times. They include Maria Poblet, Alicia Garza, Marielena Hincapie, Malkia Cyril, Evelyn Lynn, Deepak Bhargava, May Boeve, and more.  Alok Vaid-Menon will also bring their visionary call.

Join us on a path to embodied transformation in service of the world we want to build together.
